Refunds & Cancellations
When a paid certification can be refunded and how to request one.
The Champion tier
The Menopause Champion Certification is completely free. There is no course fee and no administration fee, so there is nothing to refund.
Paid certifications
Advocate (USD 399), Midlife Practitioner (USD 1,499) and Train the Trainer (USD 2,295) may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase provided you have completed no more than the first module.
After 14 days, or once you have progressed beyond the first module, fees are non-refundable because the content has been delivered.
Your rights that we cannot remove
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where you are buying as a consumer those rights cannot be excluded. If a certification is not supplied with reasonable care and skill, is not fit for a purpose you told us about before you enrolled, or is not what we described, you are entitled to a remedy. Where a failure can be put right we will put it right at no cost to you, and where the failure is substantial you may cancel and obtain a refund. If you are enrolling from Australia, the equivalent consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply and also cannot be excluded.
Upgrades
If you hold Midlife Practitioner and upgrade to Train the Trainer, you pay only the difference. Upgrade payments follow the same 14-day rule.
How to request
Email info@menobossglobal.com from the address on your enrolment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten working days, and access to the certification is withdrawn.
