Privacy notice — in plain language
The short, plain-English version of how we handle your information, including students enrolled through a partner agency.
What we hold about you
Your name, email and enrolment details, and — as you study — your progress, reflection answers, assessment results and certificates. If a partner agency enrolled you, they gave us your name and email so we could create your place.
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.
What we do with it
We use it to run your course, mark your assessments, issue your certificate and contact you about your enrolment. Nothing else. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who can see it
Only you and authorised MenoBoss administrators. If you enrolled through a partner agency, the agency can see that your place was paid for and claimed — never your assessment answers or learning records. Other students can never see your data.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and your data. Use the deletion request button below while signed in, or write to info@menobossglobal.com — we respond within 20 working days.
