What personal information we collect, why we hold it, and your rights over it.
Information we collect
When you create an account and apply to enrol we collect your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, occupation and the answers you give in the enrolment form. As you study we also record your progress, reflection answers, assessment attempts and certificates.
Payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider. Card numbers never reach MenoBoss systems.
Why we hold it
To assess your application, deliver your course, mark and moderate your final assessment, issue your certificate, and contact you about your enrolment. We also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the programme.
Who can see it
Your learning records are visible only to you and to authorised MenoBoss administrators. Other learners can never see your data. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers who host our platform, send our email and process our payments.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data. Write to info@menobossglobal.com and we will respond within 20 working days.
Retention
Certification records are kept for seven years so that credentials can be verified. Other personal information is deleted within 12 months of you closing your account.
